I just wanted to write and tell you thank you so much for the beautiful work you did pressing my gown.  It was a magical evening and truly a dream come true.  Now that the big day is behind us, I was wondering if you are able to clean bridal gowns?  Mine took a beating on the dance floor and could definitely use some TLC before storing it away.  If you are unable to clean gowns, do you have any good recommendations on someone who can?

Jennifer Jones Wedding: Mar 2009 Custom Re-Design of Gown Alterations: Added 30" Length to Train  to make it a cathedral length train; Added Halter Strap with beading to match motif on gown, Added 6 inches extra length to front of gown by adding tulle to the front skirt.  Added lace appliques to 3-tired veil.

Hey Barb!
I saw my picture on the website and got soooo excited!!! I don’t have but only one picture of the dress at the wedding so far. I think you’re going to love it though!!! Well, can you believe the wedding finally came? It was perfect in every way. I wish I could relive the day over and over again!! I will be getting my pictures in early May and I’ll be sure to share them all with you.

I have attached several photos from our photographer on the wedding day!  She only asked that she be cited for the photography, Amanda Hagood with Whitney Lee Photography. One of them is with my mom, who wore the dress originally in 1982 and another of the veil, worn originally by my great-grandmother in 1913.

They looked beautiful - thank you for all of your help!

Barb:  I am finally sending you a picture of my dress with the jacket you made for May!  sorry it took so long.  You may well have been able to use the other picture but I bought these so you can use them as you need/want.  I think I told you the jacket fit so perfect that I didn't remember to take it off during the reception!

Barbara did the alterations, cleaning, and pressing for my dress and my mom's dress.  She was also an excellent deal for the money.  She found ways to alter my dress in creative ways that would cost less money and the result was beautiful.  She also let me store the dress at her shop (to keep it hidden from my fiance) at no cost and delivered both our dresses to the wedding site for a very low cost so we didn't have to worry transporting them.  She was a pleasure to work with.
